Shop Policies

These policies may change at any time so please check back often if you are concerned about a particular policy.

Shipping

Shipping is calculated based on the combined weight of items by the UPS API so you are always getting the cheapest possible rates available to me. Domestic and Canadian shipping is offered at 3 tiers: Ground, Second Day Air and Next Day Air. All orders will be processed and sent out within 2 business days (Monday-Friday excluding major holidays). If there is any delay, you will be notified by email.

International shipping is all treated as one option and delivery time can not be guaranteed. Additional charges or shipping insurance may be needed for international shipping on a case by case basis. International shipping orders are typically over $100 and the recipient is in charge of paying all duties and additional fees for importing. I reserve the right not to ship goods as I deem necessary. In these cases, your entire order will be refunded.

Returns and Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply fill out the accompanying return form within 30 days and you will receive a full refund less the cost of shipping. If I do not receive the item back within 30 days, this shall constitute your acceptance of the item. You are responsible for shipping the item back, insured up to the value of the item with a required signature and tracking number through US Postal Service. All returns must be made to:

Errors and Misrepresentations

If an order is concluded but includes an error in pricing or other such technical misrepresentation of the items online, I may decide to refund the order and not honor the order at my discretion. It is then up to the customer to decide if they would like to purchase the item at the accurate price.

Credit Card Information

I do not store credit card information on my servers. It is only used on the checkout and checkout confirmation pages of the shop. It is sent to my business account at Bluepay for secure processing and then discarded.

Privacy

I collect certain information during the order process for purposes of fulfilling your order. I have built this site with certain features designed to protect information that we obtain from you. I utilize relevant encryption software and other safeguards to ensure that our e-commerce site is PCI compliant.

I do retain shipping and billing address information necessary to complete your order. This remains in our database following the shipment of your order to enable us to properly do book-keeping. If you wish this information to be removed, simply email hunter@huntercross.com. This information is only accessible through a password-protected environment whose access is limited to 2 people.

I use browser cookies to help track your site experience. These cookies are stored on your computer and are not linked to personally identifiable information. They may be deleted at anytime with no effect to your ability to use the site.

I may use IP addresses to help us analyze trends, administer the site, and collect broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

I automatically add you to my email mailing list when you place an order. If you ever want to be removed from my mailing list please email hunter@huntercross.com
